It was OK for a Budget Inn. Small rooms but clean. Bathroom was newer-ish and furnishings were in pretty good shape. Had mini fridge and small microwave. AC worked well and TV reception was good.

Location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping and only a 15 minutes drive to University at Buffalo. The room was clean although the sheets did have some stains on them. Quick check in and check out. Price was fair.

Front desk guy was nice. Property serves its purpose. Gas station conveniently next door. Across the street is a dollar general and a pizza place as well. Not too far away from downtown either.

A no frills mom n pop motel, it's clean and welcoming. Yes, it's an older property, but care has been taken to keep it relatively current. The rooms are ample size and the beds are really comfortable. The owner is friendly and engaging.
